Please take a few minutes to read through our Terms & Conditions before confirming a booking. By securing a booking with Jeffreys Entertainment, you are entering into an agreement with us and confirming that you accept the following terms.

 

An enquiry form or message alone does not confirm your booking. Your date will only be secured once a deposit has been received and written confirmation has been sent by Jeffreys Entertainment.

 

Bookings are subject to availability and are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

All deposits are non-refundable and secure your date and performer.​

Deposit amounts vary by package and will be confirmed at the time of booking.

 

Cancellations made by the client after booking will result in the loss of the deposit.

 

If Jeffreys Entertainment must cancel due to illness, injury, or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rescheduled date will be offered.

 

Parking must be available close to the venue. If pay-and-display or similar charges apply, these must be covered by the organiser.

 

The organiser must ensure there is a safe, clear space for performances and activities.

 

Travel outside of radius may incur additional charges.

 

The organiser is responsible for the supervision and behaviour of children at all times. Performers are not to be left solely responsible for child safety.

 

Please inform us in advance of any allergies, additional needs, or special requirements so we can adjust activities appropriately.​

 

Jeffreys Entertainment operates a zero-tolerance policy towards inappropriate behaviour or abuse.

 

Should this occur, the entertainer has the right to end the booking immediately. Full payment will still be required in this instance.

 

The organiser will be held responsible for any damages to equipment, costumes, or props caused by guests during the event.

 

Jeffreys Entertainment cannot be held liable for injuries or accidents caused by unsafe venues, guest behaviour, or failure to follow instructions.

Jeffreys Entertainment may take photos or videos during events for promotional purposes, unless the organiser requests otherwise in writing prior to the event.

​

The type and scale of stunts included will depend on the venue conditions, available space and safety considerations.

The entertainer reserves the right to adjust, limit or remove certain stunts at their discretion if conditions are not safe or appropriate.

​

Jeffreys Entertainment will always prioritise safety over performance.

 

Jeffreys Entertainment reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
